Chimney Hill is a unique community of private homes nestled on a wooded hillside bordered by the Green Mountain National Forest and surrounded by a four season recreational area. Our Clubhouse is the social center of the community all year round with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, hot tub, barbecue facilities, a game room, movie room, lighted tennis and basketball court.
